Due to the nature of our products, Items ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGES/RETURNS.

• A refund will only be given under certain conditions such as; incorrect order or missing items on our end!
• NO REPLACEMENTS; NO EXCHANGES

Once an order is shipped, WE CANNOT cancel the order. PLEASE make sure both payment and address information is correct upon checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages***

• DaBomb Balms is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address on file, and you have not received it, you must contact UPS and USPS directly. ALL STOLEN PACKAGES MUST BE REPORTED AS A CLAIM.
