Frequently Asked Questions

If you are a first-time customer, thank you for shopping with us! After your order is placed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email that contains your order number, this is how we track all orders.

Our normal order processing takes 5 – 7 business days to package & ship your items (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS). When your items have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains a direct tracking link for your package.

Due to our multiple sale events held throughout the year, order processing during a sale event averages 10 – 14 business days. While we try everything possible to keep our shipping times to a minimum, sale events and major holidays bring an increase of orders that we process in the order in which they are received.

After you place an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email that contains your order number.  Here is how you may track your order:

a.  Check your email spam folder (sometimes our confirmation emails end up there)

b.  Login to your account to track your order processing (if you do not have a store account, you may create one. 

Items of different classifications will always be shipped out separately. For example, some bundle boxes will not ship with singular items from our collection.
